Dear Family,
            What are you chasing?  What is it that has so much of your attention and steals your peace of mind?  This life has so many opportunities, and we can find ourselves trying to capture them all.  As everyone runs around trying to find those things in life that will satisfy, they work themselves into a frenzy – only to be as empty as when they started.
Isaiah 26:3, You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You…
            I’ve talked with so many who have accomplished or collected all they wanted, and they don’t have any peace.  Peace comes from the Lord, not stuff.
            One of the best things we can do is learn the art of stillness.  Psalm 46:10, be still and know that I am God…  That is where real peace comes from. So, as the Scripture says, you will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart…  He is the only one worth chasing, everything else is exhausting. 
Simplify.
